Elida Torres

Elida has been part of MIDA’s management team for the past 12 years. Elida is a results-driven professional with over 12 years’ experience in accounting, including A/P, A/R, P/L. Elida helps achieve MIDA's financial goals as budgeted by offering cost analysis and maintaining expenditure controls.  For the past 7 years she has also administered the Payroll Department. She ensures compliance with federal and state regulations including tax and labor laws.  She collaborates with HR and Supervisors to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits. Elida also assists our Environmental Department with preparing contractual agreements, maintaining direct contact with clients, project managers and employees, overseeing project schedules and meeting deadlines to meet client needs. MIDA benefits from her dedicated attention to details, excellent organizational skills & professionalism.

Elida attended Cerritos College and earned an Associate Degree in Accounting.
