Joel Chavez

Joel has been part of MIDA's management team for the past 12 years and has over 15 years of Industrial Cleaning experience.  Joel started with MIDA as a Supervisor in one of our largest contracts in company history.  He led several teams & projects, managing workflow, guiding staff, while communicating with upper management.  During his first years at Mida he gained experience in the management of the Automotive Industrial Cleaning Industry.  On April 2018 Joel became Senior Project Manager, since then he has been responsible for the successful planning and execution of our two current major contracts, from planning budgeting, communicating with clients & stakeholders to identifying risks & overcoming challenges.  Joel works closely with our Human Resources department and Safety Director his mindset and goal is to promote safety and health awareness, helping MIDA Industries, Inc. with their goal of protecting its employees, customers, the environment and overall ensuring work is performed to the highest quality for our clients.
