Challenge

A Client Experienced Sickness and Persistent Off The Chart High Counts of ERMI Test Results.

We visited A Los Angels home where the air ducts and Forced Air Unit were in dire need of a thorough cleaning. The homeowner has noticed an increase in respiratory issues and allergies as well as excessive dust accumulation around the house which will not go away and reappear even after extensive amount of Home Cleaning every few months. Upon inspection, we found the air ducts clogged with dirt, debris, and even mold Spores all of which can contribute to poor indoor air quality.

At Mida Industries Inc, we take pride in our comprehensive air duct cleaning process, which involves the following steps:

1. Inspection: Our technicians thoroughly examine the FAU as well as the air ducts to identify and make sure all ducts are properly sealed and no air leakage exists and provide an accurate assessment.
2. Protection: We cover and protect all immediate and unused areas with 6 mil plastic to prevent any cross contamination.
3. Cleaning: Our team uses specialized equipment and high capacity Hepa filtered brush vacuum to dislodge and remove dirt, debris, and contaminants from the ductwork. The F.A.U, is disconnected, disassembled and removed for proper sanitization and reinstallation. 
4. Sanitization: We Fog and apply an EPA-registered antimicrobial agent to the ducts to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria if need to.
5. Final Inspection: After the cleaning and sanitization process, we perform a final inspection to ensure that the ducts are free from contaminants.
6. Following the cleaning process, All Filters area replaced According to NADCA standard.
