Lysbeth has been a part of MIDA’s management team for the past 25 years. She has extensive experience and has worked in every department. From her beginning years as Assistant Project Manager she has gained direct experience in project coordination.She now handles major contractual agreements for all our Divisions, Environmental Mold Remediation, HVAC Duct Cleaning, Automotive Industrial Cleaning&Janitorial. From obtaining licensing, permits, to bid submittals and synchronizing all project elements to make them operate successfully. For the past 10years she has overseen the Human Resources Department & Workers Compensation Administration. She coordinates and directs the administrative functions of both departments following legal compliance with local, state & federal laws. She maintains direct communication between management, operational managers and employees to effectively address daily operations and provide the best service to our clients.Her dynamism and professionalism have earned the respect, loyalty and support of all that she works with and MIDA's clients and project managers continue to benefit from her extensive experience.She is a passionate advocate for teamwork and collaboration.
